Gareth Rees: Managing Director
Gareth founded Edenthorpe Search in May 2022. Leaving a retained only specialist as one of the top performers in Europe & Asia. He wanted to build a firm based on his values. A commitment to tenacity and transparency for all his clients. Over his career Gareth has always remained at the sharp end of delivery taking a very hands on approach to the execution of executive search assignments, with responsibility for his own research and market mapping. His current role sees him specialise in appointing corporate governance & control executives to Banking, Digital Asset, Insurance, Asset Management and Wealth Management industries delivering requirements for Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers & Chief Technology Officers.
Outside of work Gareth has three young children that take up his spare time and he enjoys playing golf, football, tennis and wake surfing when his schedule allows it.
